Grandma Poem

1995 | Words

Grandma sweeps in the garden

and it doesn’t go badly,

all the leaves from the trees

she throws them all in the dumpster.

All the birds are singing

and the small ones come outside.

And the cat from the neighbors

comes to peek for a moment.

And so Grandma is earlier ready

and then she eats delicious cake.
